Privacy policy
Plain language.
No jargon. No surprises.
We built Lifelens because we needed it ourselves. Privacy isn’t a legal checkbox for us — it’s the foundation the product is built on. Here’s exactly what that means.
01
What we collect
If you join the waitlist, we store your email address and the date you signed up. If you submit feedback, we store your answers and optionally your email. That’s it. We don’t collect names, payment information, location, or any other personal data unless you explicitly provide it.
02
Your receipt and spending data
When you use the Lifelens app at track.journaling.cloud, your receipt data is stored on your account and never leaves your account. We do not read it, analyse it for external purposes, or share it with any third party. It exists solely to serve you.
03
No advertising. No data selling. Ever.
We do not run advertising. We do not sell your data. We do not share your behaviour with any third party for any purpose. This is not a small print promise — it is how the business model works. Lifelens makes money from subscriptions, not from your data.
04
Who has access
Your data is accessible only to you through your account. The Lifelens founding team can access server infrastructure for maintenance purposes but does not access individual user data as a matter of policy and practice.
05
How to delete your data
You can delete all your receipt data directly from the app at any time using the Danger Zone in the History tab. To remove your email from our waitlist or feedback records, send us a message and it will be deleted within 48 hours.
06
Cookies and tracking
lifelens.online does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking. The app at track.journaling.cloud uses a single authentication token stored in your browser to keep you signed in. No analytics platforms, no pixel tracking, no third-party scripts that observe your behaviour.
